The product was delivered with a damaged back and bends. Seems like it was mishandled and dropped. Ekart delivery guy Mitesh jaiswal tricked us to give OTP for delivery, even after seeing the damaged product. Now Flipkart is saying only seller will decide if we can get a replacement and have washed their hands off
