Firstly when I was planning to order this machine i enquired from your executive about extended warranty, on which false information was provided, warranty which was available on your site was complete care for 3 years it was not extended warranty,
But even after enquiring for next two days all your executive told me that it is extended warranty,
Later when product arrived I told your logistic team to open it and show us the product which they denied,
Later when installing guy came in he told us that there a big dent in washing machine you have to replace it,
On calling customer care replacement was initiated,
Later your another guy came in to check and approved replacement
Again after waiting for 3 days replacement guy came with replacement and said he won’t be able to replace as reason mentioned for replacement was wrong country of origin
Return was raised by your executive on a call after informing him everything, later your people came and confirmed everything,
I don’t know how come I am at fault,
I am e been talking to your executive since morning everyone told me that they have changed reason for return and I will get replacement today,
Still my app shows they will deliver replacement nothing is happening,
I have been continuously telling your telecallers to get me connected with a manager they don’t, everytime they say we don’t have that facility or manager is busy, at the end one got connected that to senior executive and he denied to help and connect me further with manager,
