Hi All,
I have booked an IFB 8Kg Front Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine on dated 8 Dec-2020 from gozefo (see below mail) [Zefo] Order Confirmation # 331406. Washing Machine rate was 26,598/-. Today when I have receiving the Washing Machine I Shaw that outer-box was damaged then we see inside from damage box part Washing Machine was completely damaged (see attached image). As this condition I have returned the Washing Machine to Zefo/ QUIKR as same vehicle and not received the damaged product.
Now we need/return my payment 26,598/- in my bank (as mode of my payment method) which I have. I am trying call to customer care of Zefo but no anyone picking the my phone. Today I am very depressed with Zefo performance.
