Text of Complaint by RAHUL BHANSALI:

I had ordered the Nokia TV 65 inch
Order ID: OD224996806970442000
From Flipkart APP.

On the day of installation by the installation team when they opened the product the TV was damaged and in no working condition to which they told us that they shall replace this product and we shall receive a new one as its the Company fault.
We were not even given the option to open the box and check or anything.
The delivery guy had given us the TV and we kept it as is till the installation guy came on the day of installation.

Now today when the guys came to replace, they are like on their company APP they cannot see that damaged product was to be replaced and he started talking on the phone with someone and said that they now cannot replace this product today and they left this TV and went away and told us to wait again.

After that the Replacement has gotten automatically cancelled on my APP also.
