- We have purchased iphone 11 in the month of June 2020 after a month we had problem with the mobile power button & so submitted the iphone at the Apple authorized dealer / service center for repair, the complaint got sorted but they have damaged the mobile screen (we found scratches & dust in the camera len). When asked the authorized dealer-branch manager he said we need to talk to the Apple company as the damage was done at the apple phone service center Bangalore.Now both the Authorized dealer & the Apple service center people are not taking the responsibility for the damage caused. We have complete proof to show that the new phone was submitted in good condition. I have the authorized dealer manager’s conversation who has acknowledged that we have submitted the phone in good condition but they have received our phone with the damages from apple service center ,Bangalore. And gave has the Apple co. Contact number to deal ourself. And we have been shattering from the apple authorized dealer and the apple co. Customer support since 3 months. At the end both of them say we need to pay in order to replace the phone screen & clean the camera lens without no fault from our side. I wanted to complaint at consumer court. Can you guide me
