There was a audio problem in my TV, sound was not working in it. I had called Mr. Rajesh (prop. of Rajesh Electronics) to send his employee & collect my LED for repair work. His employee came to my house aloan, he switched-on LED & checked for the problem meanwhile I had also explained the issue side-by-side. I took-away LED with him on his bike’s tank. When I asked him to accompany with him to their shop for proper handling of LED, he told me, “Don’t worry nothing will happen to it. It’s our daily job”.
On the next day, I called Mr. Rajesh for collecting LED TV (after its repair being executed), he told me to come to his house because his shop was closed that day due to odd-even system implemented in Covid-19. When I visited his house with my younger brother, he made us to check the same on unstable DTH connection and LED was placed at 90 degree. After that I asked him that, “how can I check this LED on Jhilmil screen. We are not able to see the screen clearly”. He told us, “don’t worry it is ok, there was nothing to do with screen. Problem was only with speakers. And I have replaced the same”.
After that we came to our house and switched-on LED. After that we found a thin black line in the LED screen. I immediately called Mr. Rajesh and informed the same to him. He replied me, “That we have made you people check the LED at our premise and there was not any issue with the screen. And also promised me to send his executive to further check the same”. But even after making several calls to him, he neither sent any person to my home nor paid attention to my problem. After few days, audio problem (for which we had sent this LED to him) also arises. He told me that he had placed original speakers in this LED and it bears a 6 months warranty.
Being aggrieved by his service quality, I have written this complaint here.
