Text of Complaint by vijay jadhav:

open box delivery.
smartwatch has small crack which cannot see by naked eye.
when asked for replacement then flipkart refused my request.

flipkart or their seller intentionally packing damage piece and giving open box delivery. if damahe part not discover then company will be benefitted and customer lost.

very bad response from customer service.
