Hi @varun gupta

I have given Boult Rover pro smartwatch for replacement at Delhi center & yesterday I received the product with major scratches & dents on corner of the smartwatch, where as I have given the product with no scratches on it.

When I talk with customer support they told that send us unboxing video, how can I be able to send unboxing video without seeing the product & they have cancel my request saying they cannot do anything.

I got one of your worker Contact number who is working in Delhi service center has put my number in block list. This is way Customer is being treated.

How am I able to solve the issue, guide further.
