Hi Team,
I have ordered Mi 10t mobile, its having issues volume button small dents in screen, I request for replacement, But flipkart and Seller team and outer packing also bad , informed here is no stock available hence, we will process he refund.
Now I called to Customer care, they told me, seller has provided the good product, hence no replacement and refund cannot be processed, I facing this issue from one month continuously , CC executives harassed frequently by disconnecting call again and again , i am working professional they have respect each other time and effort.
please help me to provide or refund soon.
