I bought a HP Printer from Amazon on 12 Dec 2020. It got delivered on 14 Dec 2020. There was no Amazon packaging on it. On unpacking and installing, I found the printer making some unusal sounds. I checked for warranty and to my surprise the warranty was already initiated in the month of October 2020. That means, the printer was Refurbished and sold to me. The customer care did not help me at all. They told no refund can be issued but I believe they can not sell a used and damaged product to customers and expect to get away with it.
