I raised complaint of damaged refrigerator received.
Engineer from Whirlpool visited at my place and found the damages on refrigerator and provided me complaint report.
I have not received any replacement request from Amazon.
As per instruction of Amazon Customer Care, I accepted the delivery of defected product. They told they will get it replaced once it is delivered. Now, no one is taking action on this. Customer care call option is blocked in my number. In app, return/replacement option is not showing. I am totally helpless on this topic. Whatever I did is as per instruction of Amazon Customer Care and now I am trapped in this situation.
I don’t know why such treatment for Prime Customer. Very bad service from Amazon
