Order placed & delivered are same; totally damaged product received; return request raised 6 times since 3 November; return pick up is not done due to a tech-glitch (image of scan is different from product ordered cum delivered); issue known & accepted 9 times by #customer-care (or uncare ??); request escalated; request annoted; yet not return done nor refunds done. Amazon seller has also agreed of damaged product & approved the return cum refund – but the company does not care at all.
