I received a damaged product with damaged package. So I requested to return this product. Pick up agent cancelled the pick up THRICE with the excuse that the item is damaged. Everytime I tried to contact amazon customer service, they just created new pick up date and did nothing else. Fourth time the delivery guy didn’t even come to pick up. Fifth day of pick up, when I called the delivery guy, he said that I was given wrong number, he was not assigned to pick up any item from the address I mentioned. Customer service is just as worse as the delivery service. Everyone is just giving excuses. I want my refund for this product as soon as possible.
