Text of Complaint by Amit kumar:

I ordered Google pixel 7 from Flipkart . I received damaged product having dent / scratches on the bottom edge and right side edge of the phone . I raised replacement of the same by uploading pictures of it in Flipkart app . I got email communication in a few days that you need to upload clear pictures . I asked Flipkart customer care whether I can get some time to upload pics as I am out of station and I don’t have packaging pictures . They told me it’s ok you can upload it from 24 to 48 hrs or if return gets cancelled you can call us we will raise it again within 24 hrs . As and when I reached to my residence I called customer associate and raised it again but now they are telling that you had crossed return policy and this will not be returned because initially there were not clear pictures . I told them that I had got it raised again after talking to your customer associate . These people’s are fraudsters as they deliver damaged product and then later won’t replace or return the product. Kindly take strict action against them .
