- I ordered an orderedordered a beardo all rounder combo set on 18th December 2019 (order no.- 1912083022). This got delivered on 23 December 2019, via bluedart (AWB no.-69532819414). the product was damaged and everything got leaked into the packet. I had placed an exchange request eariler also (ticket no-19292), but did not recieve any response from your end. The photo of the damaged product is attached for your reference.
- I received an auto generated mail that they will get in touch within 48 hours. But even after 10 days there has been no response. I tried calling them but no calls have been picked up. The site is not user friendly. The broken product has damaged the entire and I want replacement of everything.
