Text of Complaint by Tek bahadur Gorkha:

I received damaged product which I ordered online and asked for exchange or refund. I contacted customer care and they informed me that it will take time and solution will be provided. I shared damaged product pictures to amazon and amazon denied it being defective and also threaten me they will block me from buying from their site. Below is their Revert.

“We noticed that you have requested refunds or replacements for a large number of orders for consumable products.

We understand that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. However, the unusually high number of problems that you have reported with your orders exceeds this occasional expectation.

When unusual account activity such as this comes to our attention, we evaluate each account on a case-by-case basis to determine if additional action or account closure is necessary. As a result, we can no longer compensate you for any additional issues with your shipments. If this problem continues, we may not allow you to buy on our marketplace.”

I don’t know that unusual activity they have seen in my account.
