Respected sir/madam

I purchased a tv on 20th from Sony from cloud tail. The TV was not unpacked by the delivery boy and he did not take any pictures of the open box. He misguided us in order to share the Otp and said that they will not open box as that will be done by the sony installation team. Today the sony installation team opened the product and found the display cracked. Please do something. I tried to contact the customer care but it has open box and refuses to entertain return requests. Please look into the matter as this is for my amputee father. Please help . This is a matter of cheating from the delivery personal.
