I ordered a fridge from Amazon 28 july 2021.
And rise a complaint for damaged product on 31 july 2021.
They told me you will get hand to had replacment for on 2nd August and i call them again for the same on 2nd August they told me it will delivered by 5 August, i waited for the same now i called them and requested for the solution they told me the fridge will be delivered on 7th August. And after having a conversation now they are saying it will take 3 more working days. And order is not yet dispatched. Now the date changed to 9 August. I need the order urgently they came up with the solution, buy another fridge from another seller as this fridge will not be able to delivered, i asked them sellers details. They dont even have sellers address or contact number. I hope this is the right platform from customer’s end, its an humble request to take quick action on this matter. Kindly find attachments.
