Text of Complaint by Kartikeya:

i purchased a Samsung 980 pro 1tb SSD on 1/10/22 from Amazon, Order iD-408-5705724-3614742 , but on receiving the product on 2/10/22, the packing was damaged and inside the product pins were damaged from both sides due to which it is not getting detected in my system. I contacted amazon and they gave me a waiting period of 3 days for the investigation to complete, i contacted them after the waiting period and they are saying after investigation they found the product in scratch less condition an hence cannot refund or replace the product.
