Hi,

I have received a damaged Racold Water heater. I had complained to the help line executive and they had booked for a return pick up. Courier guy comes in a two wheeler and finds it bulkly and cancels the pick up. It has been 6 times the pick up has been cancelled. There is no way that I can escalate since the support executives do not hand over the call to the supervisor. Also one of the executive did mention that if the pick up fails advance re fund would be done which found to be false. One of the executive spoke in length and did mention that the return pick up was booked and it turned out to be false. All help line executives speak well and promise to call next day to ensure the pick up was done but none of them call back. At the end of the call they request for good rating for the call. Call would be good but we are not getting the service. My money is blocked since the return transaction is not complete
