Text of Complaint by Divyanshi Thakurani:

I ordered a yoga mat from UPYOGA but I got a damaged mat I try to contact them through email and got their reply also but now they are not replying.
order placed on July 9th, 2023 , received product on July 17th, 2023 and wrote a mail on July 18th, 2023 regarding return-refund request and they replied back on July 19th, 2023. But there is not any update after that.
