Text of Complaint by Aditya:

I have ordered a refurbished phone From Flipkart that is moto g5s plus Order ID – OD225306246364838000 of my order after getting it i unbox it then I see that is broken and damaged product after this i make return request on Flipkart.
I see at day of return day that my request is on hold then i contacted to flipkart support then they accept my request and after days they declined my return request without sending me any email and SMS.
When I see this i complaint to flipkart support but flipkart is not responding to my problem and giving me time of 24-48 hours and now it is 1 months to my complain my request to on hold and unsolved.
