Text of Complaint by Amitesh Yakkala:

Dear sir
We have ordered Samsung washing machine on 24th July 2022 and it was delivered on 25th jul2022 and it was damaged and immediately I have raised return request by uploading damage photos
Next day again Flipkart technician visit our home and checked the machine and he has raised return request from his end again but till now they are not providing proper resolution whether they are replacing or not

Iam requesting for refund of my amount and pickup their damaged machine
But they are not responding and disconnecting my call.
