Product-Samsung Galaxy M01 (Blue, 3GB RAM, 32GB Storage)

I had received the Samsung Galaxy M01 on 23-Jul-2020. It stopped working on 02-Aug-2020 after 10 days of usage. The mobile is not charging and the power and volume key is not working. I complain to customer care and asked for a replacement but the executive was rude and I was told it was not up to them that I received the wrong product. This is an unexpected response from Amazon. A handset didn’t even work for 10 days.  I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. Selling damaged products then refusing any responsibility. And the customer support was extremely rude. Please help me to get a replacement of my mobile.
