I got a call from ekart agent asking as if I ordered cod order but as I was not at me I asked him to come later but he refused and asked me to pay the money. Later on I received which has used saree that means one saree has been cut into half piece with tearing hear and there.
So I again called that person and asked for return address so that I can place return order because in my parcel I only have my details.
But they refused to give and I went to ekart office also asking for ekart compliant mail I’d but they informed me like they doesn’t have any such email I’d.
