Text of Complaint by SASWATI CHATTERJEE:

I had ordered a product from Meesho 2/01/23. received the product on 8/01/23 which was damaged. Then I have filed for a replacement of the product on the same day. Ecom express picked up the Damaged product on 12/01/23. According to their return receipt, Ecom express delivered the damaged product to Meesho on 16/01/23 at 13.13 hrs in Delhi. I have called Meesho for several times and also showed them the return receipt but Meesho is denying the fact that they’ve received the product. According to Meesho, the return receipt of Ecom express is invalid.
