I had purchased a Oneplus 11 5g 8/128gb black phone from amazon on 13th and got the delivery on 16th feb but phone back panel was damaged it has too many scratches. So i contacted amazon customer support and they created a return pickup for me for 18th feb but pickup was failed then again i contacted and they again created pickup return but again pickup failed. From 18th feb 2023 to 3 march 2023 pickup was failed 8 times. The delivery agent didn’t contacted me for pickup. I haven’t received any call from delivery agent. And now amazon ignoring my issue.
