MI Tv ordered on Amazon on 20/3/20. Delivered on 18/5/20. Installation Guy from Amazon comes on 22/5/20. After Installing he cant switch on the tv. have been trying to file a complaint o amazon but cannot get in touch with any customer executive and their app and website say that the item cant be returned. Please help in returning or replacing this item.
