I had received a damaged product from flipkart ( wake fit chair OD225820148182448000) on 28th Aug 2022 and found the defect on the next day. when i tried to contact
your customer support , they asked me to wait until 7th Sept 2022 as system was not updated with the delivery date and promised to return the product on or before 9th of Sept 2022.
ts been 20 days i have received the product and no one is bothered to solve my issues , everyday a new ticket is being raised and a promised is made from your customer support that within
