A damaged product has been delivered , the return has been rejected without any reason. I had to request several call requests , which gave me no resolution. Now some representative calls and say there cannot be any replacement or refund where as I reported with 30-40 mins of the delivery.We have been cheated,they are taking customers money by purposefully providing damaged product and not taking refund.
