Good Morning
This is to inform you that I had ordered Adidas Stepback 3 shoes online from Flatshop on 03/02/2023.
But I have received a totally different damaged shoe in my order
I would like to return the product as soon as possible
I have already mailed and messaged to the customer care more than 3 days ago but no action has been taken till yet
I am attaching an image of the order no with the mail for immediate action to avoid harassment
