Hi Team ,

I ordered Thomson Sound Track on 5th Oct 2019 and it is defective piece within 15 days, I called customer Care of Amazon they asked to contact Thomson support, they aren’t answering anY calls .
Please help with this else will have to escalate this because I have spent 4000 on this product which didnot even worked for one month.
