Text of Complaint by Adithi menon:

I have received a damaged product and so far i have raised multiple request for return but no attempt is being made and the status is being changed to customer not reachable when they haven’t even tried calling me. I have called the customer care and they just ghost me by putting me on hold and not giving proper response. Please help
