I have ordered a product from Swiss Beauty on 3 july and I received my order on 13 Juiy and out of 2 one product was damaged. Same day after opening I sent them a mail for damaged product return and after that I sent them 3 more mails and called them many times but till date no communication has been received from Swiss beauty. My order no is 142184.Pls help to return and refund my money.

Swiss beauty is a fraud it has been 1 mnth still i have not got my products and their customer care are not answering the calls..
