I ordered a TV unt from Pepperfry. It was defective and the complaint was filed by their assembly guy itself we did the same and opted for a refund but no action has been taken. The product was delivered to us on 19th April, 2023 and we filed for the return on 20th April, 2023. Yesterday I received a message that someone will be coming and taking the product away but noone did. Today I got a message that someone will come and take the product away but again noone did despite of giving them a call personally. I just received a message from pepperfry that the return has been cancelled. When we didn’t cancel it. The refund and return is still pending and they are mentally torturing us saying they will take some action in 48 hours but they didn’t.
