1. I received a parcel on Saturday when I opened it the parcel was already opened from inside the product was Less if I weigh it
2. When I am trying to contact customer helpline there is no response coming from them and they are sending me continuously a a auto mail which is not at all helpful
3. I really I really need a reaction over this as my dog cannot eat this food which is already opened with can also contain any infection because of the packet is not sealed
