Dear sir, Maine 24 October ko Amazon pe ek Samsung Galaxy a 7 (10.4 display , 32 gb rom , 3 GB ram ) order Kiya tha , Kal 31 October ko Maine product receive Kiya aur wo product damaged nikla hai ..Maine replacement ke liye Amazon pe request Kiya hai lekin wo hamare problems ka solution nhi kar rhe hai…bol rahe hai ki damaged product ko khud hi courier service se bheje …wo khud product ko pickup krne nhi aa rhe hai….
Sir jis area me product deliver Kiya ja skta hai to pick up ku nhi Kiya ja skta …Hume pareshan Kiya ja rha hai ek to damaged product dekar aur achhi service bhi nhi de rhe hai…..
