I have received my ordered ikall k3 mobile set through amazon where the charger and battery are worn-out parts.i called to Amazon and informed about these worn out parts but he directed to contact the mobile service centre. Then I contacted the mobile company for these problems I faced but he refused me and said to contact seller i.e.amazon. Now I want to complain against both of them i.e.amazon and ikall company for this major mistake of delivering these damaged parts for which I am unable to use my mobile. Please take my matter seriously take necessary steps as early as possible.i will remain grateful to u.
