Text of Complaint by Payel Ghose:

Ordered Mirror on 30th Aug with delivery date on 7th Sept. No update on order and after multiple follow up to receive it on 13th Sept only to get a completely broken mirror. I immediately placed a return request and then been 4-5 days already no update. Multiple complaints nothing. I mentioned I have a baby and keeping broken glass at home is risky. I requested for a pickup or initiate refund and let me dispose of as it’s very risky
