Text of Complaint by Margaret Sengupta Adhya:

I had to shift to Dubai and had couriered my fridge and microwave to Kolkata from Mumbai through Woodland Logistics – Mumbai. Initially they said that the package would reach within 1 week. But to our surprise, without delivering the courier they returned the same from Kolkata stating some discrepancy. Since we were in Dubai, my husband followed up multiple times to ensure that the package delivers on time. After incessant followups they had delivered the package that too after 4 weeks. Not only was the delivery was delayed to Kolkata, the microwave was damaged(pic attached) and apparently the company didn’t file any insurance claim although they had charged us money for insurance coverage. When we reached out to Mr. Sundar who is the point of contact was not only abusive but denied to help us with the delayed delivery. He boldly accepted that he didn’t file any insurance coverage. It has been a sheer harassment for me and my family to continuosly followup from a foreign country. Please ensure that we receive the insurance amount since the logistics company has charged us for it.
