I had one of the worst experiences with Sunder Singh (contact 9594529227) and his logistics service. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. He committed one thing initially but did something completely different later, always giving excuses.
Even after making full advance payment, it took 10–15 days for the delivery, and we had to constantly follow up to get any update. After everything was supposedly arranged, he demanded additional money for delivery and refused to deliver the items unless the extra payment was made.
His behavior was rude and disrespectful — he even threatened to auction the items if we didn’t pay the additional amount. Overall, very disappointing and untrustworthy service.
Finally, we got the fridge in damaged condition. Let’s see what update i will get from him. I will definitely update the status again on this portal, along with the response I got.
