Dear Sir,
I placed an order on 17th November 2022 ( Order ID : OD12340246551953000 ) which was delivered on 19th November 2022 but the same had few scratches in it. I reported the same to flipkart and requested to issue me a replacement on 19th November 2022. And since then I had been sharing images asking for call backs , went on chats but until now there has been no resolution whatsoever. Flipkart has been calling me after my call back request and asking me to wait for 24 to 48 to 72 hours and resolving my issue in their app.
Whenever I speak to them the level 1 representative is updating me that they notified back end team and they working , requesting me to wait. Attached is the images of the product which I received.
