I ordered (Order id-OD329424001540872100) the kodak 24 inch Tv from Flipkart but the TV display was fully damaged and when I raised the complaint with Flipkart they are closing it without any resolution.
The TV was delivered 300 meters away from home at midway whereas it was doorstep delivery and when I asked delivery agent to open the TV and get it checked if it is functioning properly or not they just open the box and didn’t remove fiber sheet from display to check it.The Both delivery agent were heavily drunked and it was clearly cheated by the Flipkart where such incidents are faced and they are making the customer foolish and taking customer money for delivering defective items.
