i am rajesh bhatia. I am a central govt. Employee. I ordered i pad from flipkart for my sister as birthday day gift but it received damaged. I raised complain many time before customer care. But no solutions provided by them. Further i wrote to your grievance portal of flipkart. Mrs shahina took over my case. She helped me and return was created successfully was decided to pickup the product on 24th july. Further when i checked it was showing return cancel on 22 july. And today they blocked my account. Its fraud. This is no good I am a flipkart customer for more than 10 year. I shared all photos.
Many times i wrote mail to grievance team. Still no response received.
Instead of help they blocked my account.
They are doing fraud with me.
Please help me as soon as possible.
