Text of Complaint by SUNIL KUMAR:

I ordered a 3+2 sofa set on 06/08/2022 through Flipkart vide order no. OD125662565681505000. I received the same on 01/09/2022. On opening the package I found that both the sofas are damaged. I raised a request for a return on 02.09.2022. On conversion with Flipkart agents multiple times, it was informed that the technician will visit, but no one visited till date. The Flipkart agents are again and again giving dates for technical visits. Now they have started disconnecting my calls. I want a full refund for the damaged product delivered.
