Ordered fridge from Amazon as a gift to my uncle and the delivery people Initially delivered the fridge and damaged the fridge in front of my uncle so he asked them to return . Second time I reordered the same fridge this time they left the fridge inside the house and didn’t let my uncle inspect the fridge got the one time pass word send my Amazon and left . Second day the Samsung fridge instillation guy came and told my uncle it is a damaged fridge he is not going to fix it and let . I called Amazon and raised the issue they are not willing to refund or replace the fridge . As the issue happened second time I asked for a refund and they are not willing to do it .
I am raising a complaint because Amazon is not helping with me any way . I need justice please help me
