Myself Unmey Shailesh Patil i have ordered a Whirlpool 292 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator (Magnum Steel, IF INV CNV 305 MAGNUM STEEL (3S)-N) on Date :- 29th March 2021 it got delivered on Date :- 31/03/2021 which was a damaged/faulty Refrigerator (Dents on it and was not having a stand on it ) which we received as delivery boy also confirmed that it a damaged/faulty as on that day installation boy (Mr. Lokesh ) too confirmed the same and had given the request for the replacement on the day. And he said that no need to worry it will be replaced by a new refrigerator.
We got our replacement of Refrigerator on 03 April 2021. As on that day only on your portal/app its shows that installation has been cancelled . (plz refer the screen shot for reference)
On 4th April 2021 I had made a call request on your customer care number on which they responded and said that it was a technical issue so it is showing like ways.
They said that installation will be done before 7th april 2021 and when I ask for the complaint number they said it will be update in portal nothing such happen. And the guy mention in the portal that it was a enquiry regarding a installation while he was suppose to register a complain. For the same. Today I again call to your customer care. He said me this as ur last request for the enquiy. So he register the complaint today. And said it will be done till 10th april 2021. And also suggested to talk once with the whirlpool team.
So I had made a call to Whirlpool customer care the girl name (Mamta) said me that she that it’s a concern of flipkart regarding this. And when I asked that if today installation is not done . I want to return the Refrigerator otherwise give me thein the mail on other mode of contact that today installation is possible or not she denied to that. On that I requested her to forward a call to her senior or send me the confirmation . she gave me the false number by saying this is my head number this kind of customer care service of whirlpool is responding.
My only concern is already 8 days have happen I am unable to use the product of which you have delivered as I can’t trust now if this prodcut is also ok or not. So I request you to do the installation today itself (06/04/2021) otherwise please make this order cancelled and please take away the Refrigerator which have been delivered and return the money as if now.
i cant waste more time for the mistakes or unplanned services which are been made by you .
and also i am unable send you email to you from your website/app (screenshot has been attached)
I hope you will respond or find a solution to this.
