From Croma GT mall outlet, I purchased an elica cooktop auto ignition worth 6979. I intended to buy a prestige cooktop from TTK prestige, but they told me that they have a brand elica that gives 15 years of warranty and price also less than prestige. I though good deal for me and I booked the product paying 6979/-. next day order delivered to my home. when I called to elica for installation they asked me to install my self with video recording and i did the same. But automatic is not working, i called elica and complaints about this they said they will send technician for repair. but one week over, nobody come and attend the complaint. I went to the we are using that with manual lighter. after paying 6979/- why should I use manual one paid for automatic cooktop I paid hard earned money but these , kindly collect your product refund my money.
