I had ordered two pieces of ladies gown to the online shopper ,Onepieceshop for rupees 755each and paid ₹1510 while taking cod delivery . When I opened the parcel (I took a video also while opening the parcel) I was shocked that the supplier had sent me 2 damaged sarees instead of the gown ordered . The maximum value of foods received might be hardly ₹50. Please help what should I do as the company is not giving any response.
