I had purchased nivea body lotion and cream the product deliver is damaged and I raise complaint several times but they always reject it by saying seller said that the product is not damaged I had shared images multiple times and talk to their customer care they always give me resolution date but never solve my problem in 7 day return policy I raised everyday my complaint but they reject every time after that they are saying if you contact us before 7 day we would help you at that time they are just fooling their customer
